Services For Families
‘Remember My Baby’ (RMB) is a non-profit registered charity created by professional photographers for the benefit of bereaved parents across the UK.
What to Expect
We are dedicated to providing a sensitive and compassionate service, acknowledging the enduring impact of baby loss on families.
About Us
We envisage a world where every family who experiences the loss of a baby has access to compassionate, high-quality photography services to capture and preserve precious moments.
Useful Resources
If you or someone you know has or is likely to experience baby loss and need further information from another organisation, we have curated a list of relevant resources.
Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to offer professional, completely complimentary photography services to families navigating the profound loss of a baby.
We aim to aid them in their healing journey. To honour and cherish their baby's short life, we collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure our support is readily available to all families in need.
Health Care Professionals
We provide bereaved parents compassionate photographs of their child that they can treasure forever.
RMB has a network of talented and highly trained remembrance photographers throughout the UK who are willing to use their skills, as volunteers, and give up their time to help bereaved families capture a lasting and tangible memory of their baby - at no cost to the parents or the healthcare trust/hospice.
Patient data is treated securely by our coordinators and photographers, who will handle the request on your behalf and match with a local photographer. Our volunteers all carry ID cards and we seek references for all new volunteers, so that you can rest assured that our service is professional and secure.

Testimonials
One of the most precious gifts you could ever give
Being a volunteer for Remember My Baby is one of the most beautiful things I have ever done in my whole life. It’s one of the most precious gifts you could ever give

We are so thankful for this charity
We are so thankful for this charity and that your lovely photographer was able to come out and capture precious moments. It felt strange at the time - Emma was so reassuring and supportive, especially as we were so numb and dazed. And years on these portraits are still so very cherished.
- Jo D.
Thank you
A beautiful way to remember our little one. Fantastic photos and Adele was so caring and respectful. Amazing charity that makes the hardest moments in life a little easier to deal with. Thank you.
- Stefan
Apply To Volunteer
Our experienced volunteer photographers visit hospitals or hospices to carry out sensitive, portrait sessions for families in need.
Photographers
Our Volunteer Photographers deliver remembrance photography sessions in a compassionate and sensitive manner to parents primarily in hospitals and hospices, although occasionally they take place at a funeral home or the family home.
Digital Retoucher
Digital Retouchers are responsible for editing images that come from our own volunteer photographers who require some extra assistance, but also from families who have been unable to receive RMB’s service and have their own photographs which need enhancement.
Session Coordinator
Session Coordinators ensure seamless coordination of RMB processes. Working in three-hour shifts, they liaise with the call centre, hospitals, midwives, and volunteers to ensure timely coverage of requests for photographer attendance.
