Giving in Memory
A special way of remembering a loved one can be to raise money in memory of their life, however short.
Giving in memory can also provide a comfort to those who know that their donations are going to help others going through difficult times.
Donations in lieu of flowers
You may wish to ask people attending the funeral or remembrance event for your baby or loved one to make donations to Remember My Baby instead of bringing flowers. Asking friends and family to make a donation in lieu of flowers at a funeral event is a lovely way to celebrate and acknowledge the life of a loved one.
How do I organise a funeral collection?
Many funeral directors are able to guide you in sensitive ways to support you in organising a funeral collection either at the funeral service or through online donations as a mark of remembrance following a loss.
Donations we receive in memory are very special to us. Supporting Remember My Baby in memory of your baby or a loved one is an incredible way to remember them and to help to provide other families experiencing baby loss with precious memories of their own.
We have teamed up with Much Loved, a charity that allows you to create a free tribute page for your loved one, and collect donations in their memory. It’s an ideal way to remember your baby’s memory. Your funeral director may already use Much Loved, in which case they can set a page up for you.
Alternatively, you can collect donations and pay them directly to us using our donation form.
